How many days worth of food am I getting exactly?

Okay fine. But I want SOME variety. What should I do?


Fortunately, you can change up your meal plan fairly easily.

You simply locate any food items of a specific meal you wish to exchange  and substitute them for foods you prefer. Calories, protein, carbohydrates, and fat are automatically kept within your requirements for success.


For instance, if your dinner meal contains a particular type of fish you are not fond of, you can switch it out for a food you prefer, for example, chicken breast. This is especially easy to do and the 3D Nutrition program will keep your meal plan intact in terms of overall calories and macronutrient breakdown, and can be easily swapped in and out of meal plans.
